What is a frameless glass wall?
A frameless glass wall is a sliding or fixed panel system made from tempered safety glass with minimal visible framing. Panels glide along top and bottom tracks, giving you uninterrupted views and the ability to open an entire wall to the outdoors.
Can frameless glass walls handle Colorado weather?
Yes. Our system is engineered for Colorado's high altitude, UV exposure, hail, wind gusts up to 160 mph and heavy snow loads in mountain towns like Aspen and Vail. Sealed brush gaskets and tempered glass keep the elements out.
How long does installation take?
Most residential installations take one to three days after fabrication. Commercial projects or large pool enclosures may take longer. We handle measurement, fabrication and installation in-house.
Do I need a building permit?
Many residential deck and patio enclosures do not require a permit, but local rules vary. Restaurant and commercial projects often do. We help you understand the requirements for your city and can provide documentation.
How much does a frameless glass enclosure cost?
Pricing depends on the size, number of panels, glass type and site conditions. A typical deck or patio enclosure is significantly less than a full sunroom addition. We provide a detailed written quote after a free on-site estimate.
Is the system low maintenance?
Yes. The aluminum tracks and stainless steel hardware are corrosion-resistant, and the glass panels are easy to clean with standard glass cleaner. There are no fabric screens, plastic curtains or seasonal disassembly required.
What areas do you serve?
We serve all of Colorado, including Denver, Boulder, Colorado Springs, Aspen, Vail, Fort Collins and the surrounding mountain and Front Range communities.
What warranty do you offer?
Every installation is backed by a full 5-year warranty covering materials and workmanship. If anything needs attention, our technicians respond on-site within 1–2 business days.
